To   provide multi-sport athletes of all ages and skill levels with personalized training programs tailored to their needs to help them   develop   into    strong, fast, healthy athletes that are   on the cutting edge of performance in order  to achieve their highest potential at their target races. This is   accomplished by communicating with athletes through a comprehensive and individualized analysis   designed to enhance   performance   by keeping the athlete   viral, energetic  and  durable. An in depth analysis can detect movement   mechanics that have the potential for injury, as well as identify important factors that the athlete can modify to train more effectively and to improve   overall   performance through:

  • Functional Movement Screen– to address muscle imbalances to decrease the risk of injury with a head to toe biomechanical analysis.
  • Balance assessment – detecting alterations in joint motion, muscle activation and overall neuromuscular control that can signify or alert  of an elevated injury risk
  • Strength assessment – manual muscle tests  used to determine possible strength deficits and will help identify specific muscles that need to be activated in the corrective exercise process.
  • Range of motion assessment– to help identify the specific areas that need to be addressed through inhibitory and lengthening techniques.
  • Recommendations  for nutritional   fueling including race day nutritional plan and  recovery .
  • Establish training objectives and  updated pace training zone periodization  to  keep you  improving/progressing  for workouts/races.
  • A specific exercise program tailored for you to address any deficits found and to improve swimming ,biking, running technique and performance
  • Review athlete history and season goals
  • Annual plan outlining visualization plans for your ‘’A’’ races and prioritized races and hours of training
  • Individualized training schedules every week
  • Unlimited communication by phone and e-mail
  • Heart rate, Power meter training
  • Race planning and strategy including taper plan
